Shipping Policy

At IE Bikinis, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives promptly and securely. Please review our shipping terms below for a smooth delivery experience.

Processing Time

Most of our items are made one by one, so please allow 1–5 business days for order processing.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing and delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays. Delivery estimates are guidelines only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including severe weather, customs inspections, or courier-related delays.

IE Bikinis cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, and delays caused by these circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

For custom-made or pre-order items, production may require an additional 7–14 business days before shipment. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted to ensure quality and care.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship nationwide within Vietnam and to selected international destinations.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days via Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm

  • Express Same-Day Delivery (Ho Chi Minh City only):
    Available via Grab or Be
    Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and paid directly to the driver upon delivery

2. International Shipping

IE offers the following international shipping options:

Standard Shipping 
Shipped via USPS or local postal services
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days

Express Shipping
Currently paused due to updated tax and export regulations
Previously shipped via FedEx
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Duties, Taxes & Refused Shipments

Import duties, taxes, and fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and cannot be estimated in advance. For some countries or items, taxes and fees are included and will be noted at checkout.

International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

If a shipment is refused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, any import duties or fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to IE Bikinis.

Lost or Stolen Packages

IE Bikinis is not responsible for uncollected, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier.

If your package has not been received, it may be temporarily held by the courier before being returned to sender or discarded. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are complete and accurate before confirming your order.

IE Bikinis is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
