RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At IE, we are committed to delivering pieces that meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
To ensure fairness and maintain product integrity, we kindly ask customers to review the policy below.
1. Size Exchange – Within 7 Days of Delivery
We are pleased to offer one (1) complimentary size exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, tanning products, or any stains
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returned in original packaging (tote bag, box, etc.)
- Swimwear must have hygiene liner intact
All exchange requests must include the order number and be submitted within the 7-day window.
Exchange Options
- A different size of the same item
- An alternative item of equal value
- Store credit for a future purchase (if selecting a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit)
Complimentary outbound exchange shipping applies to the standard shipping method only.
If expedited shipping is requested, the price difference will apply.
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Important Notice:
If, upon inspection, the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, the exchange request will be declined and the item will be shipped back to the customer. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost in such cases.
We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet our standards.
2. Returns & Refunds – Quality Concerns Only
Refunds are issued exclusively in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
To initiate a claim, customers must:
- Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery
- Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video (showing sealed package, shipping label, and full inspection without cuts), or detailed photos
Once the defect is verified:
- The item must be returned to us for inspection
- A full refund, including the original shipping cost, will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt of the returned item
We reserve the right to deny claims without sufficient documentation or if the returned item does not match the claim.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale or promotional items
- Final sale items
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Swimwear without hygiene liner
- Requests submitted beyond 7 days of delivery
4. Payment Disputes
- By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return & Exchange Policy.
- In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we will provide packing documentation, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, inspection records, and customer communication history as supporting evidence.
- We are committed to resolving concerns professionally and respectfully.
